Description of position

Responsibilities:

  • service quality control, compliance with network standards;
  • organization and control of the service process, work with Guests;
  • ordering products and consumables, product quality control;
  • control of turnover; profit and loss report;
  • control of inventories;
  • planning and controlling employee schedules;
  • employee training.

Requirements:

  • mandatory work experience in restaurant business (at least 1 year);
  • customer-orientation and compliance with communication standards;
  • ability to quickly make optimal decisions and take responsibility;
  • ability to solve conflict situations;
  • document management;
  • knowledge of cash desk discipline is preferrable;
  • striving for development and self-improvement.
